Job in Russia

So, let's talk about job market in Russia.

Now i'm working as Developer in small (but very proud) software company, that producing systems for company management. it's not the most wanted job for me, but interesting and good paid job. I have about 1500 usd for month, it's good payment for Russia, even for Saint-Petersburg, where i live. Average month salary in my city is about 500-600 usd, for proffessional specialists is about 1000-1200 usd.
Russian Economics is growing very fast, so job market have no enough specialists for it.
